MICHAEL
S. KELLY
Michael Kelly
is a graduate of the Notre Dame Law School. He
obtained his Juris Doctor degree there in 1991.
Mr. Kelly performed
his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He
obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science there in 1988.
He is a licensed
by the California State Bar and is a member of the San Bernardino County Bar Association.
Mike Kelly has
practiced in Southern California for the past seventeen years. He has worked as a litigation attorney for several firms
over the course of his career, including large law firms like Lewis, D'Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard, LLP (now known
as Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith, LLP) and Haight, Brown & Bonesteel, LLP. He later became a partner in the Orange County law
firm of Marshack Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP (now known as Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP). Mike took the position of in-house General
Counsel and Vice President of a national recreational vehicle manufacturer based in Southern California. Drawing
upon his experience, Mr. Kelly established his own law practice and now represents individual and corporate clients in
a variety of legal matters.
Mr. Kelly has
litigated in state and federal courts throughout Southern California and has handled both jury trials and appeals. He
is also a member of the Lawyer's Committee of the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association. His practice in recent years has focused on the
defense of consumer warranty, lemon law and products liability claims involving the recreational vehicle industry.
